  • Directed and oversaw daily operations of Seattle Community Court; a community-involved, rehabilitative criminal justice initiative, in partnership with Seattle Municipal Court and Seattle Police Department
  • Supervised thirteen community service sites citywide, serving over 2,000 criminal defendants in 2008 designated as “chronic public system users,” who repeatedly commit low-level, non-violent misdemeanors or fail to comply with court sanctions
